2020 Niagara Winter Festival of Lights

The nearly 40-year-history Niagara Winter Festival of Lights will remain open until January 10, 2021. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic this year, there is a provincial-wide lockdown starting on December 26. The Festival of Lights is an outdoor activity and will not be affected. However, cinemas, and menusms will be closed, and restaurants will only accept delivery orders. Please keep social distance and wear a mask when visiting. Tourists can also enjoy the lights within their cars. Due to the large number of tourists, the driving speed could be very slow. If you only pass through Niagara, you should try to use QEW and avoid the roads in downtown Niagara.
